CONDO ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT
Supervised the re-roofing of 13 residential buildings, covering a total of 153 condo units. This project entailed a significant material change from concrete tile to shingle roofs, which required structural modifications to accommodate the new roofing system. Managed the process to ensure compliance with building codes and enhanced weather resistance while delivering a more cost-effective and aesthetically pleasing solution.
